Five weeks from today I will be competing for the title of Mrs. International 2012. This is the next step toward an almost life long dream. I learned years ago to take the dream from my mind and to put it into practice daily. By taking another step each day, whether it is a leap or a baby step I move forward and closer to my making that dream a reality. Walt Disney said "A dream is a wish your heart makes". That is a lovely sentiment but I find this has far more validity. Dreaming is important, but working to achieve the dream is what creates ultimate success! To those of you who have been with me throughout the years of dreaming, believing, sweating, working, sacrificing, celebrating, crying, laughing and more I could never express my gratitude enough! Those of you who are new to the team, I appreciate you, your support and your love more than you will ever understand! It has been a long and beautiful road. No matter the outcome I am at peace with myself, our accomplishments and our journey. The next five weeks will take my level of dedication to a new high and I am ready for it. I am ready to see where life and God takes us and what He has in store as I can do all of the work within my power but the ultimate power lies in His hands. I only hope that I have proven myself worthy. Much love to you all.
