It has been some time since I have blogged and for that I apologize!  I was reminded today when a dear, very long time pageant friend asked "Do you ever rest"?  My answer was no, I don't!  To quote an old friend "You can rest when you die!".  I always have a burning need inside of me to do more, be more, help more!  I can't shut it up and I can't shut it down!  I am at my very best and most effective when I am living out of a suitcase running from event to event...even if that suitcase just happens to be in the back of my car right here in Las Vegas like it was on Saturday!  I had three appearances that day, really nothing new, I've done as many as six in a day...three is reasonably normal on a Saturday!  However these were spread all over Las Vegas, even going as far as Boulder City!  Thank goodness I have dear friends strategically located all over town to run in, shower, touch up, change and go again!  Thank you to all of you...you gals know who you are...for making my life just a little easier!  I have also, in the past couple of weeks, proudly represented my title in eight states!!!  Six of those were in a six day period...and I LOVED every second of it!  You will notice a reasonable lack of photos on my blog.  This is actually on purpose.  There are plenty of photos posted to my Facebook.  My blog is for thoughts...there are a few pics....but thoughts can be convoluted or overrun by photos.  Remember, this is not about me...it is about all of you and those we all need to and want to do more for!  In closing, a few things.  Thank you for allowing me my times away from you to serve.  Thank you for indulging my musings.  Thank you for checking in on me.  Thank you for supporting me, my endeavors, my title and my charities!  You are all a HUGE part of why I do this!  Much Love to you ALL!!!
