My "Baby" Brother, USAF Captain Scott Moller |
What an incredible holiday season this has been! I have been on the go for so long I forgot what stop was...until today! The wonderful part of having a brother who is a pilot is free travel! The downside to that is stand by...but finding the silver lining in that it gives me time to sit down, reflect and write! I have been insanely busy while traveling from Las Vegas to Denver to San Antonio and back again! I was able to bring some cheer to the troops in Military City USA, aka San Antonio at Randolph AFB! The very best part of this part of the trip, in a purely selfish vein, was getting to spend some much coveted time with my hubby, Mom, brother and nieces in good ol' Texas! I LOVE the close family warmth and love that we share...not to mention the fun we have when all together! My four year old niece is nicknamed "The Wild Chicken" and for good reason! That one is NUTS but we love her and get a lot of good giggles watching her antics! My New Year's Eve will be quiet and celebrated with very close loved ones at the ranch and then it's time to hit the ground running even faster as I begin my preparation in earnest for the 2012 Mrs. International pageant! This is not only a life long dream for me, but is now an integral goal of my Las Vegas board for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! It's amazing what a crown and sash can do to get people to listen to your message! I am here to report that not only am I ready for this but am more than capable of completing the job as well as it's ever been done! I am humbled by the amount of people in my corner and I vow to not let any of you down!
